Southern Heritage to Northern Wonders – 10 Days 9 Nights

Day 1: Start of the Heritage tour: Ho Chi Minh City Arrival – Cu Chi Tunnels

When you arrive at the airport, our driver will wait for you there and pick you up at your hotel. The hotel receptionist will help you to check in and you are free to relax or explore Ho Chi Minh on your own.
In the afternoon, depart to Cu Chi Tunnels.

At its height, the tunnel system stretched over 250 km. From Ho Chi Minh city to the Cambodian border was three levels deep. The network included innumerable trapdoors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers, and kitchens.

Today the remaining tunnels have become a major tourist attraction giving the visitor a unique experience and a feel of what underground life during the U.S. – Vietnam American must have been like.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City – Mekong Delta

Have breakfast at your hotel. Tour Guide will pick you up at Mekong Delta.

Departure to Mekong Delta, get the boat on Tien River, you can see the fishing village and Four Island of Long, Lan, Quy, Phung. To Thoi Son Island, pay a short visit to a coconut candy factory and savor the taste of this special, visit a local house to enjoy the taste of honey tea and fresh fruits while listening to traditional music “Tai Tu” – the lovely and romantic melody of one of the tribes in Mekong Delta.

Relax on a sampan through one of the small canals of the Mekong River. Lunch will be served at the restaurant. Come back to the boat station. Transfer back to Ho Chi Minh City.

Day 3: Ho Chi Minh City – Marble Mountains – Hoi An

After your breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to the airport and fly to Da Nang City. Our driver will be waiting for you at Da Nang International Airport and drive you to visit Marble Mountains-one of the highlights on Central Vietnam’s tourist trail.

An interesting journey to Ngu Hanh Son will be a most relaxing time for tourists. Then, have lunch at a local restaurant.
After lunch, drive you to your hotel in Hoi An. The hotel receptionist will help you to check in and you are free to relax or explore Hoi An on your own.

Day 4: Hoi An – Ba Na Hill – Da Nang

Have breakfast at your hotel. Our bus will pick you up at the hotel to visit Ba Na Hills. Arrive at Ba Na Hills and spend your time on the most modern cable car in Southeast Asia to explore Golden Ridge, then take the climbing train to visit Le Jardin D’Amour (consists of 9 gardens), Debay Wine Cellar (old wineries)…Continue the 2nd cable car to visit the French Village with lots of different activities

Have a buffet lunch at the restaurant. After lunch is your free time to explore and play games at the Fantasy Park – a perfect tourist attraction for an entire family as well as to explore King Peak. Then, return to the cable car station and back to the gateway then transfer back to the hotel around 5:00 PM.

Day 5: Da Nang – Hanoi

After your breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to the airport and fly to Hanoi City. Our driver will be waiting for you at Noi Bai International Airport and drive you to your hotel in the city center. After check-in, you can take a nap or freely explore the city. Overnight in Hanoi.

Optional tour: Hanoi Street Food, Vietnamese traditional water puppet, My village.

Day 6: Hanoi – Fansipan Mountain – Sapa

Depart Hanoi for Sapa early in the morning. Stop for short breaks in Phu Tho Province and Lao Cai city before arriving in Sapa town. Be greeted by a representative in Sapa and enjoy lunch with local Vietnamese dishes.
After lunch, transfer to the cable car station. Your driver will help you buy your cable car ticket.

Then, take the 20-minute cable car ride up Fansipan by yourself. Admire the spectacular scenery, visit the pagoda, and climb the 600 steps to the peak, known as the Roof of Indochina. Then, go back to Sapa for dinner. Spend a night in a hotel in Sapa.

Day 7: Sapa – Cat Cat Village – Hanoi

After breakfast, our guide will pick you up to Cat Cat village, the home of the Black H’Mong people. See the Cat Cat Waterfall and the hydrofoil constructed by the French during the 19th century.

Visit a local H’Mong family and learn about their culture and customs. Then, return to Sapa and have lunch at the restaurant. Enjoy time to explore Sapa on your own before boarding the sleeper car back to Hanoi.

Day 8: Hanoi – Hoa Lu – Trang An – Hanoi

Have breakfast at your hotel. Then, your guide will pick you up for another tour called Ninh Binh Tour. It will take us about 2 hours from Hanoi.

Arriving at Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, there are 2 Temples built on the ground of the old royal palace, one is dedicated to Dinh King, and the other is to Le King. The visit offers a chance to know more about part of feudal dynasties and historical periods in Vietnam

After finishing visiting Hoa Lu you take biking for about 30 minutes around beautiful villages and have lunch at a local restaurant with Vietnamese foods.

Next we come to Trang An harbor, where you will take a boat trip for about 2 hours. You will be surprised by the beauty of this landscape that seems like Halong Bay on land. The boat will take you through a much amazing cave.

After that, Get back to Hanoi. Drop off at your hotel, This day you will have dinner by yourself.

Day 9: Hanoi – Halong Bay – Hanoi

After breakfast, our tour guide will pick you up at your hotel to depart for Halong Bay, one of the world’s great natural wonders and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Upon arrival, the boat crew will welcome you and transfer you to the junk for check-in and enjoy a cruise around Halong Bay.

At the same time, you can behold thousands of limestone islands and grottoes rising from the clear, emerald water. After lunch, you’ll join some activities on a boat to discover the beauty of the bay such as visiting a cave, kayaking, or enjoying swimming in the sea before disembarking the boat and back to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 10: Hanoi City tour – Departure

After breakfast at the hotel, we start to visit the Temple of Literature, Hoan Kiem Lake & Ngoc Son Temple is the symbol of Hanoi tourism.
Then, free at your leisure till a driver will pick you up and get to the airport and say goodbye to Vietnam.
