Your guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel to visit the following points of interest:

• The Independence Palace, rebuilt following a 1962 attack, served as the Presidential Palace during the Vietnam War. This site holds significant historical weight, symbolizing South Vietnam until its fall on April 30, 1975, making it a crucial historical site for Vietnam War tourism.
• Established in 1975, the War Remnants Museum in Ho Chi Minh City provides a powerful documentation of the Vietnam War’s profound impacts. Originally opened as the “Exhibition House for U.S. and Puppet Crimes,” its name was changed to the War Remnants Museum in 1995, reflecting its role in preserving historical memory.
• The Central Post Office, a stunning example of French colonial architecture with subtle Eastern influences, was constructed between 1886 and 1891. Inside, discover historical maps, including “Telegraphic lines of Southern Vietnam and Cambodia 1892” and “Saigon and its surroundings 1892,” offering a glimpse into Vietnam’s past.

Following a city exploration, enjoy an authentic local lunch before a scenic 1.5-hour countryside drive to the historic Ben Dinh tunnels in Cu Chi. Refreshments are provided during the journey, offering a blend of cultural immersion and historical discovery.
Upon arrival, you will watch a propaganda video explaining how the tunnels were used to defeat American military forces.
The tour continues with explanations of jungle traps designed to maim or create panic among American soldiers.
